Refund Guarantee

If, within the duration of the Service, you acquired less than $100,000 USD in total funding - you may qualify for our refund guarantee. In order to qualify for the guarantee you must have completed the following actions within the duration of the Service.

1. Paid all service fees

2. Completed one full credit inquiry removal round

3. Received 0 new negative items on credit report during duration of the Service

4. Kept balances on personal credit cards below 30% during duration of the Service

5. Applied for the following credit products:

Lightstream, U.S. Bank Triple Cash Rewards Visa® Business Card, U.S. Bank Business Platinum Card, Chase Ink Business Unlimited®, Chase Ink Business Cash®, American Express Blue Business® Plus Credit Card, American Express Blue Business Cash™ Card, American Express Business Gold Card

If you qualify for the guarantee, you will be granted a refund equaling the entire sum of Service fees paid. You can request to activate the guarantee by emailing [email protected]. You must make this request within 7 days after your end date or the guarantee is void.
